1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and y999app ("we", "us", "the platform"). 2 Eligibility

To register and use y999app, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for as long as your account remains active:

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on y999app. If you are found to hold more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name, or shared with another person — y999app reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals without prior notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information during registration, including a false name, date of birth or contact details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

• Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• y999app will never contact you by phone or email to ask for your password.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account login, including any deposits or bets placed while you are logged in.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration. If you have made an error, contact support as soon as possible.

y999app may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and a proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in withdrawal processing being paused until it is resolved.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on y999app are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. 5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your y999app balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the account holder's verified identity.
• Any active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

y999app offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and sports betting promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and eligible games are stated clearly before you claim a bonus.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered abuse and will result in all bonuses and winnings being voided.

7 Gameplay Rules

• Threatening, harassing or abusing y999app staff or other players.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your y999app account.

9 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any y999app content without explicit written permission.
• You may not use the y999app name, logo or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior approval.
• Scraping or data-mining the platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

y999app provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While the platform works hard to maintain uptime and game availability, there may be periods of maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control that result in temporary unavailability.

• y999app is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or third-party payment processing delays.

12 Account Termination

You may close your y999app account at any time by contacting the support team. Any available real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful identity verification.

y999app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
